We are an Amateur Drama club, based in the City of Inverness, the “Capital of the Highlands”, in Scotland. Founded in 1944 for the purpose of entertaining the troops stationed in the town during WW2, we nowadays do about five productions a year. We have our own theatre, converted from an old Nissen Hut, which was formerly a temporary library building, and then a community centre. Over the last few years we have installed tiered seating, originally using seats removed from the Gaiety Theatre in Ayr, but now with more modern seating. We have built a production box to house the lighting and sound departments. It's also a good place for the Stage Manager to put the director during productions, i.e. it keeps them out of the way!
Friday Tickets for "The Grunch" are now Sold Out - we now have an extra performance on Saturday 6th April 2019 at 6pm.
"Harvey" by Mary Chase will be our June production this year. Details on the Productions page and tickets on sale from 9am on Monday 11th March 2019.
