Our First Ever Production

In 1944, Guy Vaesen wrote and directed the first ever Florians' production "The Road the Beckons". This was performed in the old Empire Theatre on 30th August 1944. Below are two photographs of the original programme. During our Open Day in July 2019, Paul Vaesen (Guy's son) was presented with a framed copy of the front cover of this programme.

The third photo is a copy of the crit for this same play in the Inverness Courier on 1st September 1944.
